Do you sell to the public?

No. we only service the Aquarium and Pet trade industry. You must have a store or service business in order to purchase from us.

What is required to open an account?

For Florida Sale, A Florida Reseller Tax ID is required.
A dealer or retailer license from Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is required.
Florida Corporation Registration.
For export and out of state customers, wholesale quantity requirement is needed.

What is the minimum purchase?

Out of state shipment has a $300 minimum
International shipment has a $500 minimum

How do I get a stock list?,

Please fill in our dealer’s application here. Once you are approved as a qualified dealer, you will be given access to download our weekly updated stock lists.

How do I make a purchase?

Please create order base on our availability. Sent order to us either by email or fax. Once order is received, we will create a Proforma Invoice and make booking with airlines. We will send you back a proforma Invoice and AWB number. Please review the proforma invoice and prepare for your custom entry. Shipment will be made once payment is confirmed.

What are the additional charges.

Aside from the fish cost. Export order will have box charges, and documentation charge. US Fish Export required US fish and wildlife approval. Current approval permit cost is $165. USDA Health Certificate cost is $90.
